BLANC White Label Terms & Conditions

Welcome to BLANC White Label. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the BLANC White Label website and your purchase of products and services from BLANC White Label, LLC ("BLANC," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing our website, submitting an order, or purchasing products or services from BLANC, you agree to these Terms.

1. About BLANC

BLANC White Label, LLC provides white label skincare, body care, nail care, hair care, and related beauty products and services for beauty brands, spas, retailers, hospitality businesses, wellness professionals, and other customers.

BLANC currently serves and ships to customers within the United States.

2. White Label Products

BLANC offers a collection of pre-developed stock formulas that clients may purchase for sale under their own brand, subject to applicable product, packaging, labeling, and ordering requirements.

Our products are made to order. Product imagery, samples, prototypes, and website photography are intended to represent the product as accurately as reasonably possible; however, minor variations in color, texture, scent, appearance, packaging, or other characteristics may occur between production batches, particularly when working with naturally derived ingredients.

3. Formula Ownership & Intellectual Property

All BLANC stock formulas, formulations, manufacturing processes, specifications, methods, technical information, documentation, and related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of BLANC White Label, LLC or its applicable licensors.

Purchasing products from BLANC does not constitute the purchase, assignment, transfer, or ownership of the underlying formula or associated intellectual property.

Clients receive finished products for resale under their own branding. No right to reproduce, manufacture, reverse engineer, disclose, transfer, or authorize another manufacturer to reproduce a BLANC formula is granted unless expressly agreed to in a separate written agreement.

4. Custom Formulation

BLANC specializes in white label products based upon BLANC's existing formula catalog.

Projects requiring fully custom formulation or proprietary formula development may be referred to J.Elle Innovations, an independent formulation and development provider.

Any custom formulation project undertaken by J.Elle Innovations is subject to its own pricing, agreements, intellectual property terms, development process, and policies. BLANC White Label, LLC is not a party to such an agreement unless expressly stated in writing.

5. Samples

Samples are intended to help clients evaluate a formula before placing a production order.

Because cosmetic products may vary slightly between batches and may interact differently with packaging, decoration, storage conditions, or other components, a sample should not be interpreted as a guarantee that every future production batch will be identical in every sensory or visual characteristic.

6. Orders & Production

All BLANC products are made to order.

Production begins after the requirements applicable to an order have been satisfied, which may include payment, final product selections, packaging selections, artwork approval, label approval, or other necessary information.

Estimated production and delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees unless BLANC expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Clients should carefully review product selections, quantities, packaging, artwork, shipping information, and other specifications before approving an order.

7. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed or quoted in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.

Pricing may vary based on formula, quantity, packaging, decoration, labeling, fulfillment requirements, shipping, and other project specifications.

BLANC reserves the right to correct pricing or typographical errors before an order enters production.

Any additional services requested after an order has been approved may result in additional charges.

8. Final Sale Policy

Because BLANC products are made to order, all production orders are final sale once they enter production.

We do not accept returns or exchanges based on change of mind, unsold inventory, changes to a client's business or branding, or other circumstances unrelated to an error or defect attributable to BLANC.

If products arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order due to an error by BLANC, please contact us promptly at blancwhitelabel@gmail.com.

BLANC may request photographs, batch information, packaging, samples, or other documentation necessary to evaluate the issue.

When BLANC confirms an eligible defect, damage, or order error, BLANC may, as appropriate, replace affected products, correct the order, or issue a credit or refund.

9. Client Branding, Artwork & Labels

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving their brand names, trademarks, artwork, logos, product names, label copy, marketing language, and other materials supplied to BLANC.

By providing artwork or other materials to BLANC, the client represents that it has the necessary rights and permissions to use those materials and authorizes BLANC to reproduce them as necessary to complete the client's order.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that their branding does not infringe the intellectual property rights of another party.

10. Product Claims & Regulatory Responsibility

BLANC may provide ingredient information, product descriptions, suggested positioning, technical information, or other materials to assist clients in developing their products.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, clients remain responsible for the claims and representations they make when marketing and selling products under their own brands.

Clients should not alter, exaggerate, or create drug, medical, disease-treatment, or other regulated claims based solely upon general ingredient or marketing information supplied by BLANC.

BLANC reserves the right to decline to print, apply, manufacture, or fulfill materials containing claims or representations that BLANC reasonably believes may be misleading, unlawful, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

11. Packaging Compatibility

BLANC may offer or recommend packaging that has been evaluated for use with particular formulas.

If a client supplies or independently selects packaging, pumps, closures, labels, applicators, or other components, additional compatibility testing may be necessary.

BLANC is not responsible for failures caused by client-supplied or independently selected components unless BLANC has expressly accepted responsibility for those components in writing.

12. Fulfillment Services

BLANC may provide in-house fulfillment services for approved clients, including storing finished inventory and shipping products to designated customers, retailers, or other destinations.

Fulfillment services may be subject to separate fees, procedures, storage requirements, shipping charges, and service terms.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate order, recipient, and shipping information.

BLANC is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect information supplied by the client, carrier delays, weather, or circumstances reasonably outside BLANC's control.

13. Shipping

BLANC currently ships within the United States only.

Shipping charges, carriers, methods, and delivery estimates may vary based on order size and destination.

Risk associated with carrier loss or damage will be handled according to the applicable shipping arrangement, carrier policies, and any agreement associated with the order.

14. Confidential Information

BLANC understands that clients may share confidential information regarding upcoming brands, product concepts, launch plans, packaging, and other business ideas.

BLANC will use reasonable care when handling non-public client information supplied for the purpose of developing or fulfilling a project.

However, submitting a general idea through the BLANC website does not establish ownership over broad product concepts, trends, ingredients, product categories, or ideas independently developed by BLANC or other clients.

This is particularly important because BLANC works with multiple brands within the beauty industry, and similar concepts may arise independently.

15. Website Content

All content appearing on the BLANC website, including photography, graphics, copy, product descriptions, educational materials, designs, and BLANC branding, is owned by or licensed to BLANC White Label, LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without permission.

16. No Guarantee of Commercial Success

BLANC provides products and services intended to help clients create and launch beauty products.

We do not guarantee retail placement, sales volume, profitability, consumer acceptance, regulatory approval, marketplace acceptance, or other commercial outcomes.

Each client remains responsible for operating, marketing, and selling its own business and products.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BLANC White Label, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the website, purchase or resale of products, fulfillment services, production delays, or other BLANC services.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or transactions with BLANC will be subject to applicable Colorado and federal law.

19. Changes to These Terms

BLANC may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or legal requirements.

The current version will be posted on this website with its effective or last-updated date.
